Who are these materials for?
Laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide use instructions or dosing information.
Why does every listing say documentation is pending?
Batch reports have not been published yet. The intent is that reports will be matched to the batch they cover once available and listed in the testing library. Until then, we make no testing claims.
What does a “From” price mean?
The listing has more than one size. The From price is the lowest listed size. Choose a size on the product page to see its exact price before adding it to your cart.
Why can’t I order some listings?
A few listings are missing a confirmed package size. We show the advertised price but will not guess the size, so those listings cannot be ordered until the details are confirmed.
How does payment work?
When checkout is enabled, you are sent to a hosted payment page. Card details are never entered on this site. Right now payment setup is still pending, and the checkout page will say so.
Is my order paid once I come back from the payment page?
Not by itself. An order is shown as paid only after the store’s server records confirmation from the payment provider. Your orders page shows the server’s record.
What about shipping, tax and returns?
Those policies have not been published yet. Shipping and any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before payment.
Do I need an account?
You need to sign in to start checkout, view orders, or send an inquiry, so they can be tied to you.
